EzyBiz Lex pricing
One plan, one price, everything included. A$79.99 a month for each lawyer who takes calls, billed through the App Store or Google Play, and you cancel from the store whenever you like.
Billed through the App Store or Google Play, GST included, cancel any time. Firms add lawyers from the EzyBiz Teams web console on one account. Founding pilot firms in Victoria have the price locked for twelve months and a sixty-day walk-away guarantee.
What is included
A dedicated Australian business number for each lawyer, mobile or landline, with your existing number ported across if you want to keep it, or forwarded on no answer so the service only takes the calls you did not. The answering service itself, which picks up in your firm's name with your practice areas, your hours and your rules about what it will not discuss, and puts genuine callers through to you, books them, or takes a message. A written summary and full transcript of every call, pushed to your phone and emailed to you. Filing of that record to the matter in Smokeball or Clio, or to your SharePoint library, with contacts synced both ways. SMS on the business number, with replies drafted for you to read and send. Bookings and call-back requests in an agenda. Support from a person in Australia, and during the pilot that person is the founder.
What is not charged for
There is no setup fee, no porting fee, no charge for the integrations, and no per-call or per-minute charge for the answering service. The one figure is the subscription, and the store shows it to you before you confirm.
Firms with more than one lawyer
The first lawyer subscribes in the app. After that, the firm's owner buys each additional subscription from the EzyBiz Teams web console and assigns it to a lawyer, so the firm's numbers, subscriptions and invoices sit on one account that the owner controls, and a lawyer who leaves hands the subscription back rather than taking it with them.
Founding pilot firms
Price locked for twelve months
A$79.99 a month per lawyer, held for a year from the day you subscribe, whatever the public price does after the pilot.
Sixty-day walk-away guarantee
If EzyBiz Lex has not answered a call you would have missed in your first sixty days, end the subscription and pay nothing further.
Setup with the founder
Your practice areas, hours, bookings and no-go topics configured together on a call, and your number ported or forwarded with you.
EzyBiz Lex is in pilot with law firms in Victoria. Five founding places remain.
Before you subscribe
One lawyer: their business number or forwarded line, the answering service in all three modes, summaries and transcripts of every call, SMS with drafted replies, bookings and call-backs in the agenda, and filing to Smokeball, Clio or SharePoint. There is no separate charge for the integrations.
A single lawyer subscribes in the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and it renews monthly until cancelled from the store's subscription settings. Australian store prices include GST, and the store issues the tax invoice. For a firm with several lawyers, the owner buys the additional subscriptions from the EzyBiz Teams web console, so the firm holds them on one account and one invoice rather than on each lawyer's personal store account.
No. It is a monthly subscription and you cancel whenever you like, from the App Store or Google Play for a single lawyer or from the Teams console for the firm. Founding pilot firms also have a sixty-day walk-away guarantee: if EzyBiz Lex has not answered a call you would otherwise have missed, end the subscription within sixty days of going live and pay nothing further.
Founding pilot firms keep A$79.99 a month per lawyer for twelve months from the start of their subscription, whatever the public price does in that time.
Yes. Pricing is per lawyer, and each lawyer has their own subscription and their own number, so calls, messages and filed records stay with the person the client is dealing with. The owner purchases the extra subscriptions from the EzyBiz Teams web console and assigns them to lawyers, and the firm's main number can still be ported or forwarded in and directed to whoever you nominate.
No. Your existing number can be ported to EzyBiz Lex so callers never learn a new one, and the port is handled with you during setup at no charge. If you would rather change nothing on day one, keep the number where it is and forward it on no answer, so the answering service only takes the calls you did not. A new Australian mobile or landline number is also available in the app. The numbers page covers all three.
The demo call is the trial. In thirty minutes you get a number to ring from your own phone and the answering service configured for your practice, and you decide afterwards. Founding firms are covered by the sixty-day guarantee once they subscribe.
