In the app
Settings, then Help and support. From there you can send a message with your account details already attached.
Hours
The phone line is open 24/7. Email and in-app messages are answered Monday to Friday, Melbourne time. If the answering service is down for your firm, call, or say so in the subject line and we treat it as urgent.
Before you get in touch
Check the mode at the top of the Home tab. In Available mode calls ring you directly. If you are porting a number, calls reach EzyBiz LEX only once the port has completed, and until then they still ring your old provider.
Open the call in the Calls tab. If it shows Needs a matter, the caller had two or more open matters or no matter yet; pick one and it files. If it shows an error, the Integrations screen in Settings gives the reason, most often a permission that needs the firm's Smokeball or Clio connection to be refreshed.
Settings, then the answering service, then update the description of your practice, hours and rules. Changes take effect on the next call.
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and cancelled from the store's subscription settings. A firm's additional subscriptions are cancelled from the EzyBiz Teams web console.
You can delete your whole account from the app, on your phone. The account and its data are deleted straight away, except aggregated analytics that cannot identify you. If you cannot get into the app, email us from the address on the account and we will do it for you. See the privacy policy.
