Where EzyBiz LEX files your calls
EzyBiz LEX writes a file note for every call and puts it where the firm keeps its records. Smokeball and SharePoint are live, Clio is in development, and LEAP and Actionstep are not integrated. This page says what each connection does, and what a firm on any other system gets.

What a live integration does
Files the call without anyone at a screen
The record is written and filed by the server as soon as the summary is ready, because on most calls the lawyer is somewhere else. A call that cannot be matched to one open matter waits in the app for a tap and is never filed to a guess.
Shows the matter before you answer
Contacts sync from Smokeball, so an incoming call shows the caller, their matter and the last note.
Lays out the day
A message taken becomes a callback task for the lawyer responsible, and a consult the service books lands in the calendar, linked to the matter.
Opens the lead
With leads turned on in Smokeball, a new caller with a new enquiry becomes a contact and a lead matter with the call already on it.
One connection for the firm, with your own sign-in
An owner or manager connects Smokeball once for the firm, from Settings in the app, by signing in on Smokeball's own screen. For SharePoint, an administrator signs in with a Microsoft work account and approves access to the library. EzyBiz LEX never sees the password. A staff map makes sure each task lands against the right lawyer, and the firm can disconnect whenever it likes. Anything already filed stays in the firm's system under the firm's control. Where the data sits in between is covered in data residency and security.
Integration questions
Smokeball and SharePoint are live. Clio is in development. EzyBiz LEX does not file into LEAP or Actionstep.
In Smokeball, every call becomes a completed task on the matter with the file note, and a memo or a Word document beside it. In SharePoint, every summary and transcript becomes a Word document in your library under the contact. Callback tasks, consult bookings and new leads go to Smokeball's tasks, calendar and leads when those options are turned on.

No. Filing to Smokeball and SharePoint is included in the A$79.99 a month per lawyer subscription, and Clio filing will be included when it launches.
EzyBiz LEX still answers, writes the summary and the transcript, and keeps them in the app with a push notification after each call. If the firm uses Microsoft 365, each call can also be filed to SharePoint as a Word document, whatever practice management system it runs.
